We believe attributable, detailed, shareholder feedback is vital. Indeed, given the increasing pressure on non-executives to be thoroughly informed of shareholder opinion, it's practically obligatory.

Most examples of feedback obtained by brokers on behalf of their clients that we see, falls very short of what we consider to be useful.  If you consider these comments insightful..

• "it was a useful meeting"
• "I thought the FD presented well"
• "We have no real issues"

 ...then the feedback we obtain may come as a shock to you!

We are passionate about providing you with the detailed opinion you need from the people who are in a position to determine ultimately whether you succeed or fail.  It's core to our approach and it should be core to yours.
